Introduction
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Notice explains how we handle information in relation to our website and mobile applications published under right.good.apps.
Our apps in general
Unless an app has its own section in this notice, we do not collect, store, process or share any personal data from users of our apps. Specifically:
Course Kit Control is used by Community First Responder tutors and learners to check and restock shared training kit. Because the kit is shared, this app stores some information online so that every approved user sees the same, up-to-date records. This section applies to Course Kit Control only.
What we collect
This information is used only to make the app work. It controls who can see and change the kit records. It also shows who checked, restocked or signed off each item. It is not used for advertising, analytics or tracking. It is never sold or shared with third parties.
Where it is stored
Records are stored in Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) service. They can be read only by people who are signed in to iCloud and using the app, and changed only by approved users. We do not keep copies on any other server. Apple's handling of iCloud data is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Kit records are kept for as long as they are needed as an audit trail of the training kit. Tutors can remove a person's access at any time.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings, Delete my account. This removes your access record, clears your details from your device and replaces your name with "Former user" on every record you made. The records themselves are kept as part of the kit audit trail but are no longer linked to you. If your name appears in a note typed by someone else, contact us at the address below and we will remove it.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children. Course Kit Control is intended for adults taking part in First Responder training.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct it or delete it. To make a request, contact us at the address below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
